Russ Klingaman to Discuss Drones at Wisconsin Community Media Conference

Russell A. Klingaman, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner in the firm's Milwaukee office and a leader of the firm's Aviation Law Practice, will participate in a panel discussion titled "Drones!" at Wisconsin Community Media's Casting a Broad Net Spring Conference 2016. The presentation will take place from 9:00–11:00 a.m. on April 28, 2016.

Mr. Klingaman and his co-panelists will discuss how to use drones in video production. They also will provide the latest information on drone regulations for hobbyists, commercial businesses and government.
