Russ Klingaman to Present at FAA Event on UAS Laws and Industry Updates

Russ Klingaman—a Milwaukee-based Hinshaw partner who focuses his practice on aviation and business law—will present at the upcoming Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) event titled "Unmanned Aircraft Systems and You," on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Central at the Waukesha County Airport, Waukesha, WI.

Klingaman will present at 6:00 p.m. and provide an overview of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) law. He also will discuss recreational UAS registration and recent National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) findings involving a midair collision between a drone and U.S. Army helicopter. Klingaman's presentation is titled "Legal Enforcement Actions and Investigations Involving UAS: Dealing With the FAA, the NTSB, and State/Local Police."
