Philip Touitou to Speak at New York State Bar Association Webcast on Virtual Law Practices

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner Philip Touitou, of the firm's New York office, will be speaking at a New York State Bar Association webcast Practicing Law Virtually and Ethically | What Lawyers Need to Know. Mr. Touitou will be part of the panel discussing the topic "Practicing Law in the 21st Century: Ethically and Practically Virtual." Additional topics to be covered are policy considerations in allowing a virtual law practice, what acts as a virtual office's serving address and concerns about receiving service from clients that are out of state.
