Travis Wall, partners in the Insurance & Reinsurance services group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will be co-presenting a National Underwriter webinar, "Are you Sure Your Clients are Really Protected," on February 24, 2016 at 2:00PM ET and 11:00AM PT. 

The webinar will cover the most up-to-date best practices for protecting clients' data and how to feature that as a selling point to strengthen existing and new client relationships. The webinar will also discuss tips professionals can share with their clients on how they can protect themselves. 

Pete Maloney focuses on transactional and regulatory matters for insurance and reinsurance companies, agents, brokers, broker/dealers, and investors. As a former Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of a major insurance and reinsurance company, he provides experienced, C-Level advice to boards and executives concerning the governance, risk, and compliance issues that arise in the modern insurance company.

Travis Wall is a litigator who devotes a significant portion of his practice to the defense of insurance companies in coverage disputes involving property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, life insurance and ERISA and non-ERISA disability claims. Mr. Wall has substantial knowledge in the area of cyber risks, and advises his clients on policy and coverage matters involving data breaches and the risks associated with the use of technology and social media.
