Misty Murray to Speak at ACI's 12th National Forum on ERISA Litigation
Misty A. Murray, a Los Angeles-based Life, Health & Disability Litigation Practice partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will participate in a panel discussion on the topic "The Battle Over Discretionary Clauses: An Update on State Discretionary Bans, the Latest Case Law Developments Stemming from These Bans, and Examining the Ultimate Impact of a Discretionary Clause/Ban on a Case" at the American Conference Institute's (ACI's) 12th National Forum on ERISA Litigation on Tuesday June 28, 2016.

Ms. Murray handles a diverse range of insurance and investment-related litigation issues in both state and federal courts. She has litigated hundreds of cases and is involved in all phases of the litigation process. Ms. Murray counsels and defends companies in matters of unfair competition, class actions, insurance bad faith, coverage disputes, ERISA, agent and broker-dealer liability, STOLI and IOLI claims, insurance-related investment products and health care provider disputes, as well as FINRA disputes.
