Leslie Richards-Yellen to Moderate Roundtable Discussion on Unconscious Bias in the Workplace

Leslie Richards-Yellen, the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and a partner in the Chicago office at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will be moderating the roundtable discussion "Unconscious Bias in the Workplace" held by the Black Women Lawyers' Association of Greater Chicago (BWLA) on March 22, 2016, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

The roundtable, led by BWLA Roundtable Subcommittee, will discuss the importance of equipping women and men of color with the tools necessary to spot unconscious bias, to address unconscious bias, and to remain resilient in the face of unconscious bias.

Leslie Richards-Yellen concentrates her practice in the public finance arena. Since 2007 she has served as borrower's and issuer's counsel and work out counsel for issuers and conduit issuers, such as healthcare facilities, cultural institutions and charter schools. She has experience as in-house counsel and in private practice.
