Russ Klingaman to Present at the EAA Airventure Oshkosh on Wright Brothers' Patent Infringement Case

Russell A. Klingaman, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner in the firm's Milwaukee office and the leader of the firm's Aviation Law Practice, will present on "Warped Justice and the Patent Wars Over Controlled Flight," at the 2017 EAA AirVenture Oshkosh on July 29, from 1:00–2:15 p.m.

Mr. Klingaman will discuss one most important patent cases in U.S. history — Wright Bros. v. Curtiss — and its impact on world history.
