Jennifer Boyce-Canfield assists attorneys with defense litigation, particularly medical malpractice claims and personal injury matters. She manages discovery requests, prepares medical expenses, deposition indexes, and helps in all phases of trial preparation.

Jennifer is also knowledgeable in estate planning and probate matters—drafting documents and distributing assets through probate.

Jennifer works on resolving construction defect cases pre-suit by obtaining records from contractors and sub-contractors and collaborating with attorneys.

Jennifer joined Hinshaw in 2008. Previously, she held tenure for more than a decade as a paralegal at another firm.

In 1995 she served as a summer intern to the Honorable Stephen King, LaPorte County Superior Court 2, Michigan City, Indiana.

Jennifer is a Notary Public in the State of Indiana.
