Andrew B. Cripe concentrates his practice in the areas of employment litigation and counseling and traditional labor union law. Mr. Cripe represents employers in a wide variety of employment litigation matters, including the defense of class action employment lawsuits and individual claims of discrimination, harassment and wage and hour violations. He also handles traditional labor union matters, including representing management in unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, mass layoffs and plant closings. He is the author of the lead article in the DePaul Business & Commercial Law Journal, entitled "Employee & Director Accountability: Doing Business For Business Owners." He is admitted to practice in Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Cripe received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota and his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University of Chicago.
Jennifer L. Steinmetz has authored "Time is Running Out – The Burdens and Challenges of HIPAA Compliance," Annals of Health Law: The Health Policy and Law Review, Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2003). She concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation. Ms. Steinmetz is admitted to practice in Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Miami University in 1998 and her LL.M. and J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2002.
Clay M. Ullrick is a commercial litigation attorney who concentrates his practice in employment litigation. His experience includes labor and employment law, civil rights, business law, government law and personal injury. Mr. Ullrick is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University in 1995 and his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 1999 where he was a Production Editor of the Journal of Computer & Information Law.

Rhonda J. Ferrero-Patten has authored, "Collective Bargaining Units in the Health Care Industry," The Northern Law Review Bulletin. She concentrates her practice in the areas of tort defense and coverage, professional negligence and construction law. Ms. Ferrero-Patten currently serves on the Supreme Court Committee on Illinois Pattern Jury Instructions for civil cases. She is a former Business Law Adjunct Professor at Illinois Wesleyan University and is admitted to practice in Illinois, the United States District Court for the Central District and the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. Ms. Ferrero-Patten is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Illinois Defense Counsel. She received her B.S., cum laude, from Illinois State University in 1988 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1992.
