The Hildebrandt Institute and Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP Present: The 9th Annual Law Firm General Counsels' Forum, “Managing Risks & Finding Opportunities.”

The 2010 conference will take place on Monday, September 13, 2010 through Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Thomson Hall, in New York City, and is jointly sponsored by two leading firms in the area of law firm risk management: Hildebrandt Institute and Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. The 2010 forum, for the fourth straight year, joins together two highly successful annual conferences: Hildebrandt's Law Firm General Counsels' Forum and Hinshaw's Professional Responsibility and Risk Management Conference.

In the tradition of these two great forums, this year's conference will address key risk management issues facing law firms including:

Hildebrandt Baker Robbins has partnered with West LegalEdcenter to provide accreditation for this event. West LegalEdcenter is an approved CLE provider in CA, IL, NJ, NY, PA, and TX. Additional states may be applied for upon request and in accordance with applicable state rules. States have widely varying regulations regarding law practice management credit, please be sure to check your state’s rules. Financial assistance is available in the event of hardship. This program is eligible for up to:
  • Should be Up to 12.3 including 4.2 ethics (50 minute)
  • Up to 10.25 including 3.5 ethics (60 minute)

Credits issued will be based upon actual attendance and applicable state rules.
