Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP Partner Kevin R. Sido was the focus of an article entitled “Uncovering a Clever Way for Construction Clients.” The piece appears in the January 2008 issue of Leading Lawyers Network Magazine, Real Estate, Construction & Environmental Edition.
The article details Sido’s career, focusing in part on the assistance he has provided to design/construction professionals, property owners and others involved in construction and real estate. As noted in the article, in 2004 the American Institute of Architects “feted Sido with its President’s Award, the highest honor it bestows on a non-architect, for his many years of service to the organization.”
Also highlighted are Sido’s efforts mentoring and teaching other lawyers. According to one person interviewed for the article, “Sido cares about the profession . . . if [he] were your next-door neighbor, he would probably come over and ask to give you a hand raking leaves or shoveling snow, or maybe even come by with coffee or hot chocolate.”
