Michael D. Seese, a Partner in the
Ft. Lauderdale,
Florida office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has been selected as a “2011 Key Partner” by the
South Florida Business Journal (
SFBJ). The
SFBJ website explains that the 2011 Key Partners, who include 25 attorneys and 20 accountants, were selected for having proved, by reputation and results over the past 12 to 18 months, “that they are the best in their field, providing the highest quality of service to their clients and, at the same time, exhibiting the highest levels of professionalism and ethics.”

Mr. Seese represents debtors and other parties in interest in proceedings under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code and out-of-court workouts. He also represents parties in acquiring assets and businesses of out of bankruptcy proceedings and has extensive litigation experience in adversary and other contested proceedings in bankruptcy.
