They represent physicians in decertification proceedings brought by both Medicare and Medicaid before the Department of Professional Regulation in various states where physicians may practice; in white collar criminal matters and medical staff disputes; credentialing disputes; and in corporate transactions and contracting.

Our Health Care attorneys' knowledge of the health care industry, including its representation of institutions, works to benefit physicians in many ways.
