Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP's New York attorneys also maintain a substantial business litigation practice, and are an integral part of the firm's nationwide business litigation practice group. They have extensive experience representing large corporate clients, partnerships and professionals in complex commercial and corporate litigation matters, and in directors and officers' liability actions, class action defense, captive insurance liability and insurance coverage disputes.
