Leslie Richards-Yellen Discusses New ABA Workplace Bias Ethics Rule on WNYC Radio's The Brian Lehrer Show

Leslie Richards-Yellen — Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and a New York-based partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, and president of the National Association of Women Lawyers — appeared on the August 11, 2016, edition of the WNYC (New York City) radio program The Brian Lehrer Show. In the piece, titled "I Object: Bar Association Bans Sexism," Ms. Richards-Yellen discussed a recently passed amendment by the American Bar Association to one of its model rules of professional conduct to prohibit harassment and discrimination by lawyers in the course of practicing law. She also offered her insights on possible implications stemming from the new rule.
