Young assisted Kenyon & Kenyon in connection with its consolidation with Andrews Kurth, negotiating the Acquisition Agreement and advising on deal structure and strategy, partnership governance matters and numerous other issues relating to the transaction, which was structured as an asset acquisition and not a merger. Kenyon's lawyers joined Andrews Kurth effective September 1.
