The article discusses how the full Seventh Circuit will consider whether Title VII protects workers from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, months after the panel ruled that the Civil Rights Act offers no such protection. "The Seventh Circuit is not a jurisdiction that typically legislates from the bench. Clearly its decision to vacate the original ruling and set the matter for rehearing is significant," said Ms. Delaney.
