Anthony Davis Authors New York Law Journal Article on Internet Investigation of Jurors

New York, New York — Anthony E. Davis, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner authored the article, "Internet Investigation of Jurors," for the New York Law Journal. The article discusses two recent ethics opinions (City Bar 2012-2 and ABA 466) that address the existence and scope of a lawyers duty to conduct research about jurors, and the limitations on that duty when the research is conducted online.
