CHICAGO ― Donald L. Mrozek, Chairman of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, is the focus of a profile in the January 2009 issue of Leading Lawyers Network Magazine, Business Edition. The article is entitled “Don Mrozek: Champion for His Firm and His Community.”
The profile details Mr. Mrozek’s career, from his time as a high school teacher and football coach through that as a business litigator and Chairman of Hinshaw. As noted in the article, it was Mr. Mrozek’s uncle’s decision to attend law school that sparked his desire to go into the law. Says Mr. Mrozek in the article, “’I’ve always been someone who enjoyed working with others in building relationships. I think I saw the law, as opposed to an academic type of profession, as providing that opportunity.’”
Also highlighted in the profile are Mr. Mrozek’s efforts as Chairman of Hinshaw and his having spent his entire legal career with the firm. As Mr. Mrozek explains in the article, “’I think [Hinshaw is] a firm that really does have a culture of mutual respect for one another, and that’s very important to me and I think to all my partners and associates.’”
