Mark T. Berhow
Mark Berhow is a business lawyer who focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, director and officer liability, employment law, and legal professional liability defense. He also represents lenders, servicers, title insurers and others involved in real estate and other contractual disputes, as well as advises non-profit organizations in all areas from formation and governance through employment and other related matters.
Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in August 2004, Mr. Berhow was an associate with the Minneapolis law firm of McCollum, Crowley, Moschet & Miller, where he maintained an active litigation caseload in the areas of construction law, employment law, insurance coverage and products liability.
He served as a law clerk to the Honorable H. Peter Albrecht, Fourth Judicial District Court, from January 2002 to March 2003, and also clerked at the law firm of Aafedt, Forde, Gray & Monson from January 2000 to April 2001.
Mr. Berhow is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and serves as an appointed member of the Association’s Rules of Professional Conduct committee, a position to which he has been appointed annually since 2007. Mr. Berhow is also a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association.
Since 2009, Minnesota Super Lawyers magazine named Mr. Berhow annually to its Rising Stars list. Recipients of this award have practiced law for less than 10 years or are 40 years old or younger.

Mr. Berhow is member of the board of directors and is Vice President of the Summit Hill Association, where he serves as Chair of its Zoning and Land Use Committee.
