CHICAGO ― For the second year in a row, Thomas Y. Mandler, a Partner in the Chicago office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has been included in a ranking of the top labor lawyers in the United States. “The Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys—Top 20 for Labor Law” list was prepared by Lawdragon, a prominent legal media company. It appeared in the June 16, 2011, issue of Human Resource Executive® magazine. Lawdragon created its list through a combination of online balloting, independent research and a vetting of recent cases and activity.

Mr. Mandler has for almost 40 years focused his practice on advising management on all types of labor and employment law matters. He represents private and public sector employers nationally in collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration proceedings, and strikes and injunctions.
