Jennifer Bunce concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate litigation and consumer litigation. She represents mortgage lenders and servicers in relation to foreclosure, eviction and title claims filed in Massachusetts state and federal courts.

Ms. Bunce also represents mortgage lenders and servicers in claims alleging predatory lending and violation of the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Statute. Ms. Bunce joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in June 2009. Previously she was an associate at Morrison Mahoney L.L.P. for three years.

Ms. Bunce has been named multiple times to the Rising Stars list by New England Super Lawyers magazine.

During law school, Ms. Bunce clerked at the Law Offices of Kupets & DeCaro, P.C., in Chicago. Prior to her legal career, she worked in a number of private law firms in an administrative capacity.

During her undergraduate study, Ms. Bunce was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and was Treasurer of Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity.

Ms. Bunce is a member of the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. Ms. Bunce’s publications include: “’Hot Shock’ and Motor Vehicle Accident Reconstruction,” Massachusetts Bar Association Section Review, 2007.
