Hinshaw Ranks in Top 25 Percent of Firms Surveyed for 2009 Women in Law Firms Study

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP ranks 47th out of 210 law firms surveyed as part of The American Lawyer’s first Women in Law Firms Study. The Study’s rankings were compiled based on data submitted by law firms responding to the survey conducted by The Minority Law Journal to assemble its eighth annual Diversity Scorecard. According to The American Lawyer, for purposes of the Women in Law Firms Study firms were ranked “using a formula similar to the [The Minority Law Journal’s] ranking formula for the Diversity Scorecard–percentage of women lawyers plus percentage of women partners–and [The American Lawyer] analyzed the data [it] collected.”
