Jennifer L. Armstrong focuses her litigation practice on matters involving labor and employment, workers’ compensation, the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, insurance coverage disputes and civil litigation. Formerly employed with Liberty Mutual Insurance for several years in claims management, she has a substantial background in the insurance industry, and extensive knowledge of claims handling practices. Ms. Armstrong is a member of The Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association. She earned her J.D. in 1995 from the University of Miami School of Law, and her B.S. from Eckerd College in 1988. Ms. Armstrong also received an M.I.B.A. from Nova University in 1992.

Sina Bahadoran focuses on the representation of insurers in complex insurance coverage disputes and common law and statutory bad faith litigation. His emphasis is on CGL, E&O, OCIP, CCIP, and D&O policies involving contractors, architects, engineers, physicians, lawyers, and directors and officers. He practices at both the trial and appellate levels, including several notable appearances in the Florida Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to his extensive litigation experience, he regularly assists insurers in regulatory compliance matters, policy drafting, and advises them regarding their claims-handling practices. In 2009, Florida Super Lawyers magazine named him to its Rising Stars list. Mr. Bahadoran earned his J.D. from Boston College School of Law in 2001 and his B.A.,

Peter H. Carlson focuses his civil litigation practice on the defense of commercial motor vehicles, construction and premises liability litigation. He also represents employers before the Illinois Industrial Commission and in employment matters involving manufacturing, service industry, motor vehicle, trucking and office settings. Mr. Carlson is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Workers' Compensation Bar Association. He earned his J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1991, and his B.A. in 1988 from Boston College.

Edward R. Gower concentrates his practice in the areas of construction and business litigation; governmental affairs; and transportation, utility regulation and administrative law. He advises and represents business clients in diverse litigation, administrative proceedings, and in all aspects of state and municipal governance and services. Mr. Gower also advises and represents governmental entities, such as counties, municipalities, airports and mass transit agencies, in a variety of matters including those involving governmental powers and procurement, drafting legislation, and representation before state and federal administrative agencies. Reflecting more than a decade of experience as Chief Counsel for the Illinois Department of Transportation, Mr. Gower is well versed in handling constitutional challenges; employment and civil rights litigation; environmental litigation; and highway design and construction litigation. Geoffrey D. Sessions focuses his litigation practice on claims involving commercial, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), general liability, medical malpractice, nursing homes, premises liability, professional liability, real estate and a variety of insurance matters. He represents the interests of several national companies throughout the country. Mr. Sessions is a member of The Florida Bar, Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute and the Chester Bedell Inn of Court. He holds the AV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for ethics and legal ability. J. Richard Supple is an experienced trial lawyer and mediator who concentrates his practice in the representation of law firms and lawyers in professional ethics-related matters, including disciplinary and legal malpractice cases, disqualification and sanctions motions, internal investigations, partnership and fee disputes and risk management advising. Mr. Supple has tried dozens of disciplinary cases and has also tried or arbitrated partnership and attorney contract disputes, litigated other professional ethics related matters in state and federal courts, and argued appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the New York Court of Appeals, and intermediate appellate courts. Before entering private practice in 1999, he was Principal Trial Attorney for the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department. Mr. Supple is an adjunct professor of professional responsibility at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, a faculty member of the Practising Law Institute and is the incoming chairman of the New York City Bar’s Professional Discipline Committee. Mr. Supple earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1989, and his B.A.
