Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP Adds Two New Associates Nationwide

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announces the addition of two new associates to the firm's California and Illinois offices. The new associates include the following:

Chicago, Illinois Office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP

Matthew J. Canna, 25, served as a Summer Associate prior to becoming an Associate with Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. He also served as a staff associate and courier for the Professional National Title Network and as an intern with Wolverine Trading, Ltd. At Wolverine, Mr. Canna assisted traders at the Chicago Board of Options and collected and tracked transactions. He received his J.D. from IIT Chicago-Kent in 2003 where he was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society.

Peoria, Illinois Office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP

Timothy J. Newlin, 50, has more than 25 years of litigation, legal research and business experience.  He has concentrated the last 13 years of his practice in civil defense, including real estate, workers' compensation, products liability, probate, toxic torts, creditors’ rights and insurance claims defense. Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson, Mr. Newlin was an Associate with the Law Office of Frederic W. Nesler. He received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
