James Lydon joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP’s Chicago, Illinois office. Mr. Lydon concentrates his practice in product liability, construction litigation and tort litigation and has prosecuted 30 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Renee O’Neill Kelly has joined the Chicago, Illinois office’s business litigation practice. Ms. O'Neill brings the firm experience in the area of commercial litigation and professional liability. Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, Ms. O'Neill was an Assistant State's Attorney for Cook County where she represented the State of Illinois in hundreds of felony trials and motions. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Fairfield University and her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
Mindy Ferrer received her B.A. in Economics from The George Washington University and her J.D. from ITT Chicago Kent School of Law. She joined the asset and risk management services practice in Hinshaw & Culbertson’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.

Heidi Eckert has joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP’s asset & risk management services practice in the Belleville, Illinois office. Prior to joining Hinshaw, Ms. Eckert was an Assistant State's Attorney for St. Clair County where she worked in the Felony Division. She received her B.A. from the University of Missouri at St. Louis and her J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law.
Crystal Lake, Illinois Office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP
Jennifer Johnson joined the litigation practice in the firm's Crystal Lake, Illinois office. Prior to joining Hinshaw, Ms. Johnson was a litigation attorney for Rudolph, Fine, Porter & Johnson, LLP where she concentrated her practice in the areas of insurance defense and coverage, commercial litigation and family law. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Marian College and her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.
Raylene DeWitte Grischow has joined the business litigation practice of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP's Springfield, Illinois office. Ms. Grischow brings the firm experience in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, real estate, collections and probate. She received her B.S. in Political Science from Illinois State University and her J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
