Gary Kardell has a diverse commercial and litigation practice that includes auto/vehicular matters, personal injury, wrongful death, bad faith insurance defense, condemnation/eminent domain issues, and labor and employment law. Mr. Kardell joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in September 1994. He is a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association. In addition, he is a teacher at the Rock Valley Junior College in Rockford, Illinois.

Mr. Kardell has been rated by Martindale-Hubbell for ethics and legal ability, and he is a member of the Leading Lawyers Network, where he was selected by his peers as a Leading Lawyer in Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Defense Law. Mr. Kardell is active in the work and programs of Zion Lutheran Church.
