Fletcher to Join Council on Litigation Management

CHICAGO and FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. ― Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Damian M. Fletcher has been invited to join the prestigious Council on Litigation Management (CLM), a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals and attorneys.

Through education and collaboration the CLM’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership in the organization by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Damian Fletcher focuses his practice in risk management and defense of claims against manufacturers, businesses and professionals in cases of catastrophic loss. He is experienced in handling products liability, general liability and commercial litigation matters. In addition, Mr. Fletcher has experience litigating professional liability matters including medical malpractice and pharmacy liability.
