Damian M. Fletcher, a Partner in the
Ft. Lauderdale,
Florida, office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has been named to the board of directors of Faye Clark's New Horizons, a nonprofit organization serving developmentally disabled adults in South Florida.
Faye Clark's New Horizons provides a program to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to require and maintain a lifestyle of independence; to maximize their capabilities in order to live harmoniously in the community. Residential services are currently provided for an overall maximum of 41 individuals. The program offers residential habilitation training in the areas of self-care and daily living skills, with a primary focus to improve the overall quality of life of each person served.
Damian Fletcher focuses his practice in risk management and defense of claims against manufacturers, businesses and professionals in cases of catastrophic loss. He is experienced in handling products liability, general liability and commercial litigation matters. In addition, Mr. Fletcher has experience litigating professional liability matters including medical malpractice and pharmacy liability.
