Experienced Business Attorneys - Steve Cutler and Dan Zabludowski - Join South Florida Offices of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP

Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, September 2004 –The South Florida offices of the national law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP have expanded to 37 attorneys strong with the addition of experienced business attorneys Steven W. Cutler and Daniel A. Zabludowski. They are founding partners of the respected law firm of Litow, Cutler & Zabludowski, LLC, and have joined Hinshaw as partners. Hinshaw maintains four Florida offices located in Miami, Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa.

Litow, Cutler & Zabludowski LLC was founded in April 1992. The firm provided a range of legal services to U.S. and internationally based businesses, including large corporations, mid-sized and family owned businesses, and individual entrepreneurs. The firm's areas of practice included the following: business transactions and structuring; tax planning, wealth preservation and estate planning; business workouts; litigation; real estate; and financing and capital procurement.

Steven Cutler focuses his practice on developing and implementing sophisticated state, federal and international tax and estate planning strategies. He regularly provides counsel to individuals and closely held businesses with respect to a wide spectrum of comprehensive tax, estate planning, asset protection and business related matters. His client base includes corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other entities. Mr. Cutler has experience in handling business and tax structuring, choice of entity, family wealth transfers, intergenerational planning, and the formation and operation of family limited partnerships and private family foundations. His other areas of concentration include probate, guardianship, elder law and the preparation of wills and all types of revocable, irrevocable and charitable trusts. He provides planning to U.S. citizens and residents for U.S. income, gift, estate, generation skipping and other tax matters, and pre-residency and immigration planning for non-citizen and non-resident investors. Mr. Cutler is Board Certified through the Florida Board of Legal Specialization and Education as a Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer. He is a member of the Taxation, Elder Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Tax Council, Inc.; the Estate Planning Council of Broward County, Inc.; and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Daniel D. Cantor Senior Center Inc., a not for profit charitable organization located in Sunrise, Florida.

Daniel Zabludowski has a sophisticated business law practice, with a focus on providing counsel to U.S. and internationally based businesses, including mid-sized and family owned business and individual entrepreneurs. The scope of his practice includes U.S. and international commercial/business transactions, business structuring and wealth preservation. He also has a substantial real estate practice, representing businesses and individual clients as well as those in the commercial and residential real estate industry in connection with the acquisition and sale of real estate, leasing, development and finance. Mr. Zabludowski acts as general or special counsel, advising clients in a wide variety of planning issues, including the formation, organization and structure of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships and joint ventures. Mr. Zabludowski is an active member of the International Bar Association, the Family Firm Institute and the French American Chamber of Commerce. He is also an active member of the Florida Bar, where he is a member of the Corporation, Banking and Business Law, Intellectual and Real Property, and Probate and Trust Law Sections. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Mr. Zabludowski speaks fluent French.
