Renee Mortimer to Present at Seminar on Ancillary Issues on Personal Injury Litigation

Renee J. Mortimer, Partner-in-Charge of the Schererville office and member of the Personal Injury/Property Damage Defense Litigation practice group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will be presenting at the seminar "9 Ancillary Issues on Personal Injury Litigation" hosted by Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) on October 5, 2016.

Ms. Mortimer will be speaking at the program, "Insurance issues in personal injury litigation," which will discuss various personal injury litigation issues such as reservation rights of letters, excess and umbrella insurers, non-cooperation and tripartite relationships.
