Janis Meyer to Present at PLI Seminar Outsourcing 2016: ITO, BPO, and Cloud

Janis M. Meyer, a New York-based partner in the Lawyers for the Profession® group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP,  will be presenting "Ethics Issues in Negotiating Sourcing Deals" at the Outsourcing 2016: ITO, BPO, and Cloud seminar hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) on November 4, 2016.

Ms. Meyer will discuss zealous representation within the bounds of the law, the differences between puffery and false statements, limits on communications with adverse parties and cross-border and multijurisdictional negotiations.
