Jane Schlicht, Anthony Jacob and Jeffrey Dixon to Speak at Seminar on Complex Commercial Contracts
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP attorneys Jane C. Schlicht, Anthony J. Jacob and Jeffrey S. Dixon will present at the State Bar of Wisconsin program, "Complex Commercial Contracts: The Legal Principles You Need to Know for Effective Drafting" on January 13, 2017. Ms. Schlict will moderate the seminar while Mr. Jacob will speak on asset purchase agreements and Mr. Dixon will discuss joint development agreements.
