Harvey M. Sheldon, a Chicago-based partner in the Environmental Practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will speak on the topic "Understanding Riparian Rights and Access to Surface Water" at the Land and Water Law: Ownership and Access seminar hosted by HalfMoon Education, Inc. on June 29, 2016.

Harvey M. Sheldon has extensive experience in the field of environmental law, including counseling, litigation, mediation and other dispute resolution and facilitation services.
