The program includes a half-hour of networking session over breakfast beginning at 8:00 a.m. at Rockford's Northern Illinois University Conference Center, before the educational hour of each session that runs from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

The seventh in our eight-part series will focus on case law & regulatory changes to the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CERCLA and more.

To end the session, attendees will receive a legal synopsis on the recent decision that was handed down allowing review of Army Corps determinations, and also what is considered a federally regulated water body, challenges to proposed Cattle Feeding Operation regulations, as well as proposed changes to OSHA's Crystalline Silica rules.
