Aji N. Abiedu and Filomena E. Meyer, Los Angeles-based attorneys and members of the Lawyers for the Profession® group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will be presenting "Cyber Duty: The Lawyers Responsibility To Prevent and Protect Against Information and Communication Technology Threats," a webinar hosted by West LegalEdcenter on October 28, 2016.

As advancements are being made in information and communication technology, the ability for third parties to access confidential client information is more of a concern for attorneys than ever before. This seminar will provide a national survey on the obligations of lawyers to protect against cyber threats and the potential consequences for failure to meet these minimum standards.
