Appleton Lunch and Learn Series - Labor & Employment Update
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to present this complimentary lunch program. This program will provide a summary of recent developments in labor and employment law with special attention to the NLRB’s expanding agenda, wage and hour litigation, and unemployment insurance eligibility. Attendees will receive practical information to apply in their own policies, practices, and procedures.
This program will cover:
- Recent case law developments regarding Title VII and the ADA
- NLRB guidance on employment policies, including: social media, misconduct, solicitation, distribution, and electronic communications
- Recent EEOC guidance on pregnancy discrimination in the workplace
- Changes to the standard for unemployment insurance eligibility in Wisconsin
