Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP attorney, James E. Hofert, will be a featured speaker at a National Business Institute (NBI) seminar "Litigating Insurance Coverage Claims: From Start to Finish," from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville in Lisle, Illinois. Mr. Hofert will be speaking from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the topic, "Ethical Considerations."
