"Enterprise Risk Management Handbook for Healthcare Entities addresses the need for and implementation of a comprehensive risk management process and plan that encompasses the entire enterprise and crosses departmental barriers.  The authors provide guidance on many aspects of enterprise risk management, as well as insight on risk financing methods.

Ms. Nelson and Mr. Porter's chapter is entitled "Environmental Compliance in the Context of ERM."  Mr. Puiszis authored Chapter 30, "E-Discovery and Enterprise Risk Management."
