Dennis Simon has practiced law in the
Appleton and
Wisconsin Fox Valley area for more than 25 years. He has represented a broad range of corporate, financial, not-for-profit and individual clients located throughout and beyond
Wisconsin.
Real estate transactions and litigation are a major focus of Mr. Simon’s practice. His work in this area includes acquisitions and dispositions, land-use planning, leasing, condominiums, personal divestiture planning, real estate developments and construction contracts and litigation.
In the general area of business law, Mr. Simon counsels on commercial and banking contracts, business organizations and transactions, as well as personal, business financial and succession planning.
Mr. Simon is a member and past president of the Winnebago County Bar Association. His other professional affiliations include the Wisconsin Bar Association, the American Bar Association and Outagamie County Bar Association. He has been rated by Martindale-Hubbell for ethics and legal ability.
Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in November 2002, Mr. Simon worked with the law offices of Di Renzo & Bomier in
Neenah, Wisconsin.

He also has had a 20-plus-year affiliation with Future Neenah, Inc.
