Drew Elected to ABOTA

CHICAGO and St. Louis, Mo.  Terese A. Drew, partner-in-charge of Hinshaw’s St. Louis office and co-leader of the firm’s national Defense Litigation Practice Group, has been elected as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
 
Since 1957, ABOTA has been committed to the preservation of the civil jury trial, "Justice by the People.” Membership is by election only, and is based on significant courtroom experience, personal character and reputation of the candidate. The organization’s general mission is to foster improvement in the ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of advocacy.

Ms. Drew concentrates her trial practice in the defense of commercial general liability claims, including amusement/leisure industry claims, products liability, premises liability, transportation, and employment matters, including age, sex and race/origin discrimination cases and claims involving enforcement of ADA. She also defends medical malpractice cases with an emphasis in emergency room physicians.
