Duana J. Grage

Practice Focus
Duana Grage devotes majority of her practice to commercial insurance coverage disputes and the defense of professionals. She assists in the representation of insurers in complex commercial coverage matters in jurisdictions across the nation.

Ms. Grage also provides coverage advice and counseling on commercial general liability, professional liability and financial institution bond policies.
Professional Background
Ms. Grage returned to Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in February 2009. She originally joined in the firm in May 1997 and remained here until March 2008.

Ms. Grage is an Advisory Board Member for the Innocence Project of Minnesota. She is also a member of the Minnesota Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association.

Ms. Grage has been recognized multiple times by Minnesota Law & Politics and included on its Rising Star list. Recipients of this award have practiced law for less than 10 years or are 40 years old or younger.
