Jillian Green is a diligent and zealous advocate for her clients with unique business sense and creative resolution skills. She focuses her practice in the area of personal injury and property damage defense litigation. Jillian is involved with all phases of the litigation process from drafting complaints to attending depositions and trials. She has drafted a variety of motions including: motions in limine, motions to compel and motions for sanctions. In addition, Jillian's experience in family law enables her ability to foster conflict resolution and settlement between parties.
Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, Jillian practiced at a San Francisco-based personal injury and employee rights firm. She began her legal career as a clerk at a mid-sized family law firm in San Jose where she later practiced for nearly two years.
While attending law school, Jillian was the managing editor of the Journal of Child & Family Advocacy and a Spanish interpreter at the school's Child & Family Rights Clinic. Additionally, she worked as a law clerk at a consumer protection firm that specialized in debt collection, personal injury and class action lawsuits.
Jillian is fluent in Spanish. Before embarking on a legal career, she worked in marketing.
