Sharalee Quade is a litigation paralegal. She assists primarily on personal injury and general liability litigation, with particular emphasis on the medical aspects of each case. She also assists attorneys with medical malpractice litigation.

Ms. Quade obtains medical records, bills and diagnostic studies; locates medical expert witnesses; and drafts discovery requests, summons and complaints and settlement proposals. In addition, she prepares medical summaries and exhibits for retained experts and attorneys for depositions, mediations and trial. Ms. Quade is skilled in the use of the Westlaw legal research system.

Professional Background

Ms. Quade joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in June 2005. Previously she was for two years a paralegal with the personal injury firm of Toney & Friedman, S.C., and for three years with Block, Seymour, Chudacoff, Samson & Liebzeit, S.C., in Appleton.
