Ryan Fletcher devotes his practice in personal injury defense and property damage defense litigation. He is involved in all phases of the litigation process, and works closely with his clients, counseling, advising and providing case analysis and legal strategy development. Mr. Fletcher conducts and defends depositions, performs legal research, and handles all areas of discovery, as well as negotiating settlement agreements and litigating when necessary.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in October 2014, Mr. Fletcher was an associate with a firm in Plantation, Florida. During law school, Mr. Fletcher served as a legal extern to a large maintenance supply company in Orlando, Florida.

Mr. Fletcher's law school accomplishments included working as a teaching assistant for both Legal Research & Writing, and Appellate Advocacy. He participated in the Florida Statues Chapter 607 Corporations Revision Project of The Florida Bar, and served as an event coordinator for the Association for Law & Business. He studied abroad as part of the University of Florida's Law Summer 2011 program at the University of Montpellier, in Montpellier, France.

During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Fletcher was President of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, and was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society. He was named the National Pan-Hellenic Council's (NPHC) Man of the Year and also NPHC President of the Year, in 2007.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Fletcher worked as an investor services representative for an investment firm in Miami, Florida.
