Kelly Hintzsche focuses her practice in the areas of business and corporate transactions, estate planning and administration, and commercial real estate. Within this practice, Ms. Hintzsche advises clients on various corporate formation and governance matters. She also handles probate and trust administrations in addition to advising clients in the areas of estate and financial planning. Her commercial real estate practice includes property development and zoning issues.
Ms. Hintzsche also represents municipalities in the formation and administration of tax increment financing districts and other municipal financing mechanisms in addition to serving as general counsel on day-to-day governance matters.
Ms. Hintzsche joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in March 2012. Prior to joining Hinshaw, she worked for three and a half years as an associate handling municipal, estate planning and real estate matters.
She currently serves as a certified arbitrator for the 17th Judicial Circuit.
Prior to law school, Ms. Hintzsche completed an internship with the Winnebago County Trial Court Administrator. In 2007 and 2008, she served as an intern with the Legal Department of the City of Rockford.
