Jill Munson is a litigator who represents hospitals, physician groups and other medical entities in professional liability matters. Her clients have included orthopedic surgeons, obstetricians, nursing homes and day care facilities.
Ms. Munson also handles insurance coverage matters and defends clients in personal injury matters.
A trial lawyer since 1992, Ms. Munson is experienced with all phases of litigation and the management of significant client relationships. She is highly skilled at legal analysis, regularly developing strategies and litigation plans and budgets for her clients. Ms. Munson has argued motions in both state and federal courts, and has successfully briefed and orally argued appellate matters.
In addition to her trial work, Ms. Munson also conducts settlement negotiations and has mediated a number of cases.
Ms. Munson joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in January 2007. Previously she was a shareholder at Crivello, Carlson & Mentkowski, S.C.
