James Fletcher represents numerous professional and trade associations, corporations, governmental agencies and individuals before the General Assembly and the many regulatory agencies of Illinois government.
Mr. Fletcher is a partner in the firm of Fletcher, O’Brien, Kasper & Nottage, P.C., which became of counsel to Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in 1997. He has more than 30 years of experience in Illinois state government affairs, including service as Deputy Governor of Illinois, Parliamentarian of the Illinois House, Parliamentarian of the Illinois Senate, General Counsel and Executive Director of the Illinois Educational Facilities Authority, and Executive Director of the State of Illinois Liaison Commission on Higher Education.
