Cristiana Bachman has more than 21 years of experience in assisting with litigation defense. As a litigation paralegal, she assists attorneys primarily in the areas of personal injury, general liability and commercial liability litigation, and is experienced in all phases of trial preparation and discovery.

Ms. Bachman also assists in nursing home defense matters and with wrongful death cases, and is experienced with governmental liability and civil rights defense cases.

Professional Background

In 1991 Ms. Bachman was certified as a paralegal by the National Association of Legal Assistants.

She began her career with Colodny, Fass & Talenfeld, where she spent six years in administration and as a paralegal. From 1990 to 1994, Ms. Bachman was a paralegal with Blackwell, Walker in Ft. Lauderdale, and then from 1994 to 2002, she was a paralegal in the Ft. Lauderdale office of Johnson, Anselmo, Murdoch, Burke, Piper & McDuff, P.A.

Since moving to Jacksonville in 2003 she has worked as a paralegal with Clark & Watson; and Cole, Stone, Stoudemire & Morgan; and Colomer USA.
