Connie Mayer focuses her practice in commercial transactional law. She represents a variety of clients, whom she assists with general corporate needs, including matters relating to commercial real estate, joint ventures, corporate organization and filing, and securities.

Ms. Mayer's clients have included investment funds, restaurants, high net worth individuals and family foundations, among others.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, Ms. Mayer was an associate at a corporate firm in Chicago. During law school, Ms. Mayer clerked for two Chicago law firms.

In addition to her other law school accomplishments, Ms. Mayer was a member of the Dean's List and a recipient of a CALI Award for Advanced Executive Compensation. She received the Scholar in Law Scholarship and The Honorable Samuel C. Maragos and Family Scholarship.
